Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order incur no penalty. After 24 hours, a 10% deduction of the invoice value applies. Contact us via email at info@elitvik.com or call us at +91 9304880530 with your order details to initiate cancellation.

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed in the original payment mode and may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account. For Cheque or bank transfer payments, provide an image of the cancelled Cheque or relevant bank details for refunds.

Order Cancellation by Elitvik Shop Online

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in product information, incomplete details provided by the customer, unconfirmed COD orders, product unavailability, or delivery address out of service area.

Product Return

You can return products at the time of delivery, subject to applicable cancellation rules. After delivery, no return requests will be entertained if the product has been used. Inspect products upon delivery and refuse acceptance for any physical damage or defects.

Product Replacement

We offer replacements within 3 days of delivery if the product is different from ordered, damaged, defective, or missing parts/accessories. Refunds are provided only if replacement is not possible.

Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund

Requests made beyond specified time frames, missing original packaging or accessories, used or damaged products post-delivery, tampered serial numbers, or missing accessories.

Return Process

Initiate returns by emailing info@elitvik.com or calling +91 9304880530 with your order number, product details, clear images of issues, and invoice copy. Include a cancelled Cheque or bank details if applicable.

Reverse Pickup / Self-ship

Pack the product with original packaging and invoice. For locations without reverse pickup, ship via courier (charges reimbursed).

Product Inspection

We inspect returned products thoroughly upon receipt and initiate replacement/refund upon verification. Products not meeting return guidelines will be returned without replacement/refund.
